Jemima and her team are passionate about cooking and equally happy with a traditional English menu, such as rare roast fillet of beef with fresh horseradish crème, as with classic Spanish or an Asian feast. They make full use of the wonderful organic and free range local produce where possible thereby supporting local farmers and butchers.

Jemima has been cooking for 20 years and worked all over Europe, including running an Andalucía restaurant in Spain to working in the world renowned Moro restaurant in London's Exmouth market, with husband and wife team, Sam and Sam Clarke.




Having travelled extensively, Jemima has a particular love for Asian food and has been on cookery courses in Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand. Taste Buds now provides catering for the South Coast from Jemima's new base in Chichester, West Sussex.


Jemima works with a well established team of enthusiastic and capable staff. They can arrange absolutely all of your party needs, however bizarre. Past requests have included sparkling coloured glass goblets, yurts, flame throwing food spectaculars, ice cream parlours, to the more sedate tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, photographers, florists, etc.
